N3FHW Mobile Allstar Node 27231
This node is used as a mobile node in my car. It is a Raspberry Pi 3 running the HAMVOIP image located here Asterisk Allstar on the BBB and Raspberry Pi. The interface is the DMK URI. It is wired to the Baofeng 888 node radio. The modification is made from the instructions contained on the HAMVOIP website including the modified battery eliminator: Baofeng 888 as a Allstar Node Radio.
The Pi connects to my Iphone hotspot while mobile. Currently the entire box plugs into my AC plug (Inverter) in the vehicle.
