Lucky-7 satellite over Europe, data decoding with gr_satellites on windows/miniconda. Received with RTL-SDR V3 + Nooelec LNA + 18 elements X-Quad.

Below is the transcript of the May 12, 2012 Armed Forces cross band contact I had with NNN0ASF on 20m using BPSK31.   You work the MARS station cross band, you transmit on the ham band and and listen on the MARS band and they do the opposite.  The following link is to a pdf announcement from the Dept of Defense:  Annual_Armed_Forces_Day_Crossband_Test-2012.  I QSL’ed this contact but never got a card to date:
